Arrived today. I have been charged £4.30p postage for a small 2nd class parcel, The actual cost was £3.49p. Why was i charged so much extra ? Please don't say the price of the bag, and having to queue to post it. These trousers say in the label a 34" leg, the seller also said a 34" leg. i took them out the bag, & thought wow these are long, they actually measure a 36" leg. I wondered why they are so long, when I'm a 34" leg. Have deducted stars for item description,& for cost of postage.

80p extra! yes bag, tissue and petrol to town 10 miles away, we dont all live in a town...... We also allow extra in case we have to send signed for if an item bid goes over the compensation value. We are 17 ladies raising funds for IVF treatments so 'Every' penny counts for us. I see this buyer ALWAYS complains about postage costs. The item had labels, as she said, stating the manufacturers details so why complain...... Sad that your disappointed tho.

Took nearly a month to arrive (2 weeks after estimated arrival time) but I wasn't in a hurry so it's not a problem. Item as described and the postage sticker is dated a few days after purchase so I guess it was a Royal Mail problem. Address label was tiny so maybe a larger one would help? Thanks
