Item arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. Thankfully, it was for a custom, so in this case, the box damage didn't matter. If buying a collectable, you might be best asking how it will be sent first.
The seller was wonderful & apologised profusely, assuring me that my feedback will be passed on to the shop. Despite the damaged item, I will still happily buy from the seller again. They're very helpful & lovely to communicate with, & most importantly it's all in aid of a worthy cause 😊
