My neighbour mentioned that her husband was taking this to help with arthritis in his shoulder as it was very painful. I was suffering with aching limbs, struggling when getting in and out of my car and up and down stairs. Not sure if it was being caused by the menopause? I’m still very active and do a very physical job and have to be up and out sometimes by 3am to get to work at the airport. My doctor recommended this product and though I would be pushed to definitively say it worked, my arthritis doesn't appear to have flared as much this Winter as I have noticed it do in the past Winters. That said, arthritis is a fairly recent affliction so I am nowhere near as badly affected as I know some people are so the jury is still out. I've certainly noticed NO side effects. The price also seems to fluctuate. The prices on eBay were relatively high this time round.

If you have joint issues this is worth a try, as its has a positive effect on most individuals, don't waste your time with cheaper plain tumeric, this solgar version has the important stuff that's extracted from the tumeric, so your getting all of what you need & none of what you don't, It claim's to be 1 of the most bioavailable forms & it has a lot of positive feed back from those that have tried it, Everyone is different but if you ate going to try & see of it works for you, Then its best to try this 1 before dismissing turmeric, If this 1 doesn't work then the others certainly wont !

I have used this product, usually from a high street health food chain, for a while and it certainly seems to help alleviate arthritic pain in my feet. When I ran out and went for a while without any, the pain returned. Placebo? I don’t think so, but even if it is, who cares how it works if the pain reduces. An excellent product at a very good price.
