The instrument is absolutely phenomenal. It plays like something 10 times the price. An amazing bargain. I’m so pleased with it. Better than expectations. Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem originally with the order being shipped. The company bent over backwards to get it sorted as soon as they could. I think they are somewhat let down by their choice of carrier.

Item arrived much earlier than expected 👍Courier left it in the wrong place, in rear porch at block of flats with no way of communicating with me that it was delivered. Tracker didn't show delivered until hours later 😡 Item described as being playable straight out of the box, no way. Overall happy with seller, happy with item so far, but won't be used properly until its given as a Christmas present. Courier as usual shows no respect and dumps expensive items where ever they want
