Helps me to calm down and sleep better .
This product is one of those products that has a bit of X Factor element to it , it works but I’m not sure how it works , I think it has had a good effect on my insomnia , I can take it and not struggle to fall asleep so I think in my case its positive effect on my dealing with my insomnia has been the noticeable positive effect .

Very happy with it
It’s my second purchase of Swanson lithium orotate. Notice how much it calms my anxiety and lifts my mood. On the dosage front, I find that the 5mg capsule is too much for me. It gives me weird self-perception. So I normally take between a 1/3 -1/2 of the capsule most days. And that works great.
