Not happy that I had to pay £10 extra to Royal Mail to have delivered because seller exceeded size allowed on postage amount, even though I’d paid £15 postage through eBay. But printer is in great working condition so kinda made up for it and it was wrapped very well. I did message seller to ask a for partial refund on the extra £10 I had to pay (even £5 would have been fair) but the response I got was not helpful. Maybe next time put true cost of postage so both buyer & seller are happy. 😐
