Seller was cheating and unhonert, that happened few times in her comment. I bought two clocks, but seller sent me another one, one is older than the photo, one is different in design. I am oversea buyer ,the postage of sending back is higher than the cost of clock. I asked for partial refund but seller refused. Seller is very very bad.

This was sent to the UK address given by this Agent (not a private buyer). The Agent asked to return the item, which in keeping with Ebay policy I agreed to, as it was a UK address. The Agent told me she had sent the item directly from the UK to Hong Kong without inspection. She wanted me to pay the return shipping from HK. I am not responsible for any third party activity. After much written and shocking abuse from this Agent, I have blocked her from any further purchases. All sellers beware.

Unfortunately, this seller doesn’t ship to the U.S., after I had my purchase , I had to cancel it…it was a really nice clock to have had. Seller let me know and gave me a refund. I would have preferred to have the clock instead. I couldn’t rate below because I never received it.

As a seller, I only find out where the item is to be dispatched to AFTER it has been sold. I was unaware of its destination before that. Due to some disappointments sending items overseas, I informed the buyer I was unable to post overseas, apologised for any inconvenience caused and refunded.
