    I get mistakes get made… the wrong drill bit included with the screws was sent. Trying to get it rectified was diabolical. I was sent the tiniest bit, then pretty much called a liar while sending photos of what it should be even though it was in the sellers photos. In the end they chose to just ignore me & not help resulting in me going through eBay for a return & buying from another seller and thank god receiving what I needed weeks late as seller takes forever to reply from the start!!!

    I waited nearly 3 weeks for information on a shipment date for this timber then contacted them asking for estimated delivery time frame and carrier details I received an email back promising to look into it but nothing happened I had to open an ebay request to ask again for delivery info but against no information eventually I had to ask ebay to step in and get me a refund What a waste of time I would suggest you don’t deal with this unreliable supplier
