Seller was great, communicative and fast. DPD have dropped the unit from some height and significant damage had been sustained. The process for complaints at eBay and DPD is non-intuitive deliberately obtuse and highly effective at avoiding all responsibilities. I am out of the country now and won’t be able to test the unit for a couple of months. Obviously it warms my heart that the owner of DPD (and soon to be for the Royal Mail) is a billionaire.
