Wrote to the seller over 2 days ago when goods arrived but haven’t had a reply hence this review. If they respond I’m more than happy to re-review if we have a positive experience. The damage to the refurbed extractor we bought was much so more extensive than the photographs showed to the point we’ll have to make adaptations to install it. It was really badly packaged with the most fragile edges being left with no protection which white possibly contributed to the bad condition it arrived in.

Not as advertised. Item listed and pictured as Dell Precision 5570, item sent/received was Dell Latitude e5570, a much cheaper model that could have been purchased for half of the listed price, not good, do not buy from here. Contacted the seller but have had no response, very poor.
