Arrived in poor condition. Due solely to the negligent lack of any packaging. Just placed in a grey plastic bag. Not good enough and showed complete lack of respect for the buyer and product. I asked for a new case to replace cracked one just offered partial refund or " return". Had me over a barrel as the CD is very hard to source and isn't cheap. So had no choice but to accept the partial refund. Not happy at all! Poor service in every regard.

The fire is still there
Clapton at one of his favourite venues, Albert Hall, backed by a tight pair of rock bands, a meandering blues band and a, to my mind, inneffective orchestral portion of concert. The riffing on White Room and Sunshine of Your Love is great with superb keyboard and bass support. Notwithstanding this, and the negative comments about the blues and orchestral sections, the DVD is worth every penny for watching and listening to Old Love. For me, this is Clapton at his emotional best, tearing off searing guitar licks and squeezing every last drop of emotion in both his singing and soloing.Clapton at one of his favourite venues, Albert Hall, backed by a tight pair of rock bands, a meandering blues band and a, to my mind, inneffective orchestral portion of concert.
