There was an issue with the postage; Royal Mail informed me that the sender did not pay the full amount and I had to pay the difference in order to collect it. Royal Mail only let me know that after a couple of enquiries about the book from my part. The seller did refund me the extra fee that I paid and had maintained good communication with me throughout. The chasing and waiting experience wasn’t pleasant but I am happy to receive the book in the end.
