Sorry to say, but simply liar...Yes, very small light mark wich was not notiseably and away with water in few seconds. The top wasnt dirty at all, as I dont send dirty items. How I was misses that small mark just simly dont know. I am not a spring chicken and know all buyers tricks, so give to the buyer my apology and also my assumption, also offer refund. But the buyer is overreacted, and I know now I was right...Creased? How the item could not creased in parsel? Smelly? Just smell of softener
