The hair straightener was clearly used, had paint markings and hair product on it. I contacted the seller, they insisted the item isn’t used. I asked for a partial refund since it is not new condition as it was described. The seller refused. I wish the seller would have worked with me since the item was not as it was as listed. Be careful shopping here- they are not honest about item condition!!
