Spoke to Lewis in customer services because I did not get my £25 discount for black Friday. He had no hesitation of making sure that I would get a refund which they have now given me when the unit was delivered. It had slight damage nothing to do with ship it. It must’ve happened with the GPO on the van delivering the item . Once again ship, it agreed to give me 20% discount extra. I’m now quite happy

These issues were not the sellers fault and was the fault of parcelforce who lied about attempting the delivery (they later admitted it) and they damaged the item. These issues seller was great with regular communication throughout, from trying to track down why the delivery was delayed and then offering a full refund for the damaged item.
