Frame broke as a result, as you can see. There are also scratches on the plate which were not disclosed. No response from seller, nothing. They did not respond to my questions before purchasing the item either. Irresponsible and contemptuous people. Your photo was not clear, and there were no photos of the packaging.The scratches are superficial, and can be buffed out." The brown bag was merely outer address cover.
