Harry Sweeny is a rugged, handsome ex-navy officer. A divorcee with an adult son and a small business to his name, Harry lives comfortably, flirting with the local waitress and drifting through his days. However, HarryÆs life is turned upside down by a sudden phone call from an old Navy buddy, Tom Kelly, whose dying request instigates a spiral back into the faded memories of HarryÆs past, and one particularly dark incident. Asked by Tom to seek out a fellow crewman from their Navy days, David Kagan, and seek KaganÆs forgiveness for a hateful crime Harry, Tom and three other Navy friends perpetrated upon him. Unable to refuse this desperate request, Harry sets out on a journey of discovery to find his old friends and remember more about that night and the reasons why they attacked Kagan so brutally. This journey will lead Harry to confront the pain of the past, and in his quest for redemption, embrace the true, life-altering consequences of that night for both Kagan and for himself.
