    Must read, especially for new coaches and just as good for seasoned coaches

    I actually have additions two and three of this book, but I wanted to see the very first one. Any edition you get is going to be terrific. it was great for me when I first started coaching and I still go back to it and pick up something I missed or just get reacquainted with things
