I enquired of the seller after 6 days whether the item had been dispatched and the seller stated it had been dispatched the previous day. However, it wasn't until a day later that Royal Mail received the item. Being lied to by a seller is very bad form. Given the delay, I no longer need the part and cannot return it as the seller is purporting to be a 'consumer' when they clearly are operating as a business
