    Rcvd items as described, and they seem to function correctly. However, the sticks were rolled in kitchen type plastic wrap with absolutely no regard for static protection. This is the first time I have seen anything like this from an eBay seller. Normally I would return them without even unwrapping the plastic, but the seller does not accept returns. I will note their background and put them aside. I would not recommend purchasing electronic equipment from this seller
