The V15 was extremely clean to the point, that had I hadn't known it was a refurbishment, Dyson could of sold it to me as brand new and I wouldn't be any the wiser. Very different to my Dyson upright, but after getting used to it, I've no plans to go back to an upright

I contacted the seller through ebay as Dyson won't deal with you directly if you purchase through ebay to get this issues resolved. The seller got straight on the problem by ignoring all my messages and doing nothing. Item is ok, but not as advertised, customer service from this seller is non exsistant!
