Shipping was a bit slow, to be fair it doesn't appear to be the seller's fault, seems to be more the fault of USPS.......good communication with seller. Overall, I am more than pleased and the bonus of Washington 2 cent stamp is nice.

It was ripped out of the envelope before I ever received it.. as far as I can tell eBay just delivered me an empty envelope.... Idk if it was just too easy to tell what was inside this basic envelope but you can see an outline of the penny on the outside of the envelope in the pictures... If we can resolve this hopefully I would not have anything negative to say in regards to this seller
