    The rod is 100% as listed (brand new, exact item) and looks great! It has the Shimano quality I have experienced with other Shimano rods and reels. I think the value is definitely there. I personally like buying JDM products as they are usually different from the products sold in the US. The rod was packaged in an extremely tough shipping carton which I plan to keep for storage and the shipping time was very fast. I definitely recommend this seller! And look forward to using the rod!

It arrived package beautifully very well protected in new condition as described. The rod itself is beautiful black with burnt orange copper accents.
