I explained this wasn’t an option as the seat was needed for an MOT (car had already been off the road a week or more) and would have been very costly to post. I politely asked for a small partial refund and was refused. I now have a broken seat in my car. It was over £100 +postage and all the damage was caused due to their poor packaging of the seat.
