Items were purchased and included Free Delivery. Sadly I was left a card informing me a cost of £1.50 was payable. I had to visit the Post Soting office and pay the card. Insufficient postage was paid by the Seller. Copy of Receipt was sent to Seller who after several messages said I would receive refund. It hasn't happened. And further messages have been ignored.
