    Seller sent the wrong item, then claimed he didn't have any such item, and wanted to charge me a $10.00 stocking fee to return it. I refuted his claim (with photos of the actual listing, and of the wrong item I received), and then he said he would waive the fee if I returned it. In the end, I decided it was more trouble to return the item (eye gel and not the eye cream I thought I was purchasing), because it is more trouble to return it than to keep it.

    Very disappointing. The seller blames the shipping delay on FedX and their being not open over the weekend. The package was not placed until late Monday afternoon it was effectively shipped on Tuesday rather than Monday. I quote from the FedeX tracking: “Dropped off at FedEx OnSite-WALGREENS 10365 Package received after final location pickup has occurred. Scheduled for pickup next business day.” FedX did not get the package until Tuesday.
