My controller went out on my lift chair again. I had been soldering the wire back in place so I could use the controller, I had no option as there was nothing let to attach it too. So I decided to search online for a new controller. I found your company, ordered my new controller and eureka I am back in business. The control worked fine, but I had to reroute the wiring to make it fit. The control that was on the chair was a 2 piece that had a longer wire. Exactly what was needed.
I was very pleased to find that this product included the extension cord for the motor. My chair was purchased used and didn't come with an extension, which is how the power supply box got crushed in the chair mechanism. So now, my chair works perfectly.
