I was told that water ingress was the issue and it was very unlikely to be able to recover the battery. After much perseverance and many days of work, the battery recovered and is now fully working. I can’t speak highly enough of Damian and the service he provided to me. He truly went over and above what he should have done and saved me £300! Thanks very much. Great service.

Took it to Halfords who said it was irreparable and irreplaceable because it was an old model. Found some companies who offered repairs for over £300 which was too steep. Found Damian here and sent him the battery. Communication and service was excellent and I received the battery back within days including a weekend! Fully working and I’m delighted to be whizzing around on my bike again! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Damian communicated throughout keeping me informed of progress. The battery performs as well (if not better) than new. This service surpassed my expectations and was a great experience all round. This has saved me having to either pay out £400 plus for a new battery or scrap a perfectly good bike so both my pocket and the environment win as well !

He has given us advice moving forward and I honestly can't recommend this guy high enough, absloutey awsome service .
