    I want to know why there is leftover label on the pill container, like the seller is using old container or reused of containers that are not originally made for it . Attached to it is the picture of the container mark in red. Shipment was fast, packaging was ok, and the value was downgraded because of the suspected leftover label. Can someone explain to me what that label is all about? Otherwise I will be returning it because I can't swallow that..

    The label was a sticker for external fulfillment. Have you ever heard of Amazon or Walmart? If this unit went to their facilities, they require their own barcoded sticker for their fulfillment. Ultimately we cancelled the plan to use this lot on those marketplaces, and sold it via our ebay store. We've been in business since before 2010. We wouldn't be here if we did what you imply. We aren't short-sighted. You should have contacted us directly before initiating a return request.
