    Great product, easy to use

    Clairol frost and tip is as good as it's always been! I purchased this during the recent pandemic to get me through until my hair salon re-opens. I used this product years ago to add highlights and it works now just like it did then. Easy to understand instructions, very user friendly. The only difference now is there is no purple shampoo included in the kit for immediate after processing shampoo use. I used my usual shampoo afterwards and it worked just fine. The same conditioner was in the kit, I used that and it worked (and smelled) great! Thank you Clairol for continuing to offer this product!

    Good product

    This is a good product but with every other product like this, there needs to be better hair pulling hooks. Bending while going through the cap is aggravating.
