    The phone arrived OK, factory sealed, but it didn't have Google Play installed, nor did it have a SIM pin included. The seller included a free USB cable, but it was for an iPhone, not an Android USB-C. This model only had the Chinese ROM available, but it is only 90% translated to English. I also discovered that it is impossible to get the phone unlocked outside of China. Very disappointing. The phone is useable, and with a bit of work, Google Play and Western apps can be made to function.
