    Professional reviews were all excellent and it meets expectations!

    Despite being refurbished, it looks and acts like new. Using it for delivering online workshops means that my image is clear and the microphone also works clearly. Set-up ... what set-up? I just plugged it in and it worked! My only criticism is that the image is so clear that I sometimes have to use make-up to hide late-night blemishes, etc. And yes, I am that vain!

    Sharp image, but not good in low light

    The Carl Zeiss lens produces an excellent sharp image in good light. The only issue is, in low light, movement results in a blurred image. The colour of the image is good in good and poor light.
