Hello. It has been over 25 days since I ordered this jacket, and they still have not shipped it. I contacted them, and they said they would ship it out the next day. That never happened. I tried contacting them again, but they never replied. I had to open a case with eBay just so I could get my money back. How can anybody do business like this?

Shipping was unpredictable, rescheduled multiple times. The flimsy packaging was punctured but luckily the top wasn't damaged. There was a strong scent of something like mothballs. Hopefully laundering will remove.
