There was no money back guarantee from Ebay and despite Ebay charging a “Buyer Protection” fee, I was left with £11 out of pocket, no book and absolutely at the mercy of Ebay’s decision to not pay me a refund after I appealed. Gary was kind enough to reimburse me half of the money (he didn’t have to) and I appreciate that. Thank you.
