      The crocs i bought were advertised as the wrong size. They arrived and were about 3 sizes too big. Seller claimed i was wrong and that they were American sizes and he'd checked on the Internet. This didn't help me as they were just way too big on me. He eventually accepted the return request but still hasn't covered the return cost. Photo shows the new ones (blue) side by side with my old crocs (brown). He sill hasn't accepted he's wrong.

      Sorry you had bad experience with this order but i listed them as they are (correctly- as title shows) and Crocs in the picture you made are in different sizes, mine ones are M5W7 and yours M4W6 which are totally different. It must be the reason they were huge for you cause your bought one size bigger shoes. About return postage, you opened a case shoes 'didnt fit', which means buyer automatically pays for return postage. Thanks
