Tracking appeared on the 13th day and indicated item not shipped until 8th day after payment. Using seller’s return label, my return didn’t show tracking for 4 days and had a date that was different from the date I shipped. Therefore I am not sure when seller shipped. USPS confirmed what another review said, seller’s label too small to scan. eBay was involved with resolution.
