The original bag was severely damaged and there was no bubble wrap in it. Immediately provided seller with all details but he refused refund or replacement pending his investigation and RM verification. After a long period had to get eBay involved to get refunded. Terrible service and lack of customer support with the additional suggestions of false claim. AvoidReply from: thoth-11- Feedback replied to by seller thoth-11.- Feedback replied to by seller thoth-11.I am sorry you claim Royal Mail delivered one brush head, but I provided evidence it was posted undamaged and offered you a refund or replacement. You have committed libel by stating I refused refund or replacement, and again by stating it was suggested that you made a false claim. I stated the opposite 4 times. Royal Mail still have not agreed they posted what you claim was posted and bubble wrap would not have stopped a brush from snapping or 2 from disappearing. Akashic record, keep the £8.50
