You use the same holes that the original backing plate used and then fit the original backing plate to the solar panel plate with the screws provided, it even comes with some extra security screws which is always a bonus as if you have fat shaky fingers like me then they're easily dropped and lost :) Seller spot on, very speedy delivery and great comms - product was boxed new and looks awesome outside the house now.
