    Very slow shipping. Seller waited 7 days to mail the item, so it took 10 days to arrive. Nothing in description or info about how quickly (or not) the seller would ship. No communication from seller, even when I messaged twice asking if item had shipped. Item itself was fine and as described, but I won't be buying from this seller again, mainly because he didn't bother to respond to my message asking a legitimate question.

    One would think anything made for Elmers would be good quality...

    I bought this X-Acto Buzz pencil sharpener...just a new personal trend of buying battery operated gadgets...but this was a horrible let down. The pencil sharpener takes a lot of juice, but that doesn't surprise me. It is grinding wood. The thing that surprised me is that it chews up pencils and never really gives you a point because it consistently breaks the lead before it gets to that point. Now, I bought my husband a manual X-Acto KS for Christmas, so I went to his pencil sharpener with the same pencil and no problems whatsoever. So, it is the sharpener, not the pencil. X-Acto really missed the boat with this one. OH, and one other thing. The door/lid for the battery compartment has little prong type contacts for the batteries. They flex as the lid is jammed down on the batteries. ...

    Great portable pencil for the money.

    This little battery operated pencil sharpener is the second one that I have owned. The first lasted over 15 years on the job with me as a construction electrician. It was a no-brainer to get another when it wore out.
