    Disappointing. Sent in wholly inadequate packaging with the result that three of the four dishes were damaged. I contacted the seller but go no response. I had to return them for a refund but, had they packaged the item properly, I would have received them as described and been happy. Instead I was disappointed and inconvenienced. You'll see from the seller's feedback that this has happened before. Seller needs to be more careful with packaging and be more responsive to buyers.

I asked him why he neither buzzed nor knocked door, and he just wved his hand, in a dismissive manner. He did take a photo yet he could easily have picked it up and walked off with it.
