bios let down
board worked great for the 12 hours use i got.. then i tried updating bios and it crashed and recovery options didn't work. if updating bios... take it to a shop. Other than my misfortune it seemed a good boardVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Takes forever to boot, needs a lot of configuring
Takes a really long time to boot up, which can be partially solved by taking the memory check off. Always misconfigures ram and has to be manually tweaked. In fact just about everything does. Also don't install the software that comes with it as it can lead to a problem where it constantly resets so you have to reinstall windows. The ethernet chipset that comes with it is a brand new Intel one that has caused nothing but trouble and there is little to no info on it. The support team's help extends as far as 'have you installed the drivers for it?'. I wish I'd gone MSI this time which is disappointing as Asus are a great brand usually.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
