Postage is not in offer and therefore refund should be not reduced, no legal reason to provide a picture to continue, looks like deliberately making it difficult to returrn and just positive experience is allowed to continue. From what i can recall, if your not happy with your purchase and the item is NOT faulty or does not fit the description then the buyers pays for return postage. If the item is faulty or does not match description then the seller has to pay for return postage. Hope this helps
