I asked for a cancellation/refund and was told that the item shipped on the 31st. There is no evidence on neither the eBay platform nor USPS Tracking. It appears label created; USPS awaiting package. I no longer want the product. I had to purchase with another seller. I'm still waiting to be refunded.
