I had realized I had an item sent to a wrong address. Within a minute, I visited the order page and provided a short but detailed msg. I was emailed back that an answer would be forthcoming within a 24 (!) hour period. Too late - the item went out. Now I am in limbo and do not know how this will end up. Pls - eBay - there are better ways to deal with this type of issue. Thank you.
