      I can't provide feedback on the item as it never arrived due to a delivery error. However, the seller contacted me before I even realised the package was lost and offered me a refund straight away which actually reached me promptly. Obviously I would be happier reading my new book but as far as customer service goes they couldn't have been better, given the circumstances that were not the seller's fault.
