My item took almost four weeks to arrive because Australia Post delivered it to the wrong state twice. When I questioned the delay the seller, Karen, never apologised for the inconvenience, never offered to resend the item, and never offered a refund I did ask for a refund, this fell of deaf ears. Once service returned, I saw your parcel was delivered, yet you still said I had poor communication. I don't know what more I could have done.
