    Makes a horrible buzzing noise

    I don't think the power adaptor is the manufacturer's one and I hear a very high pitched buzzing noise. Kind of goes against the purpose of the product if it wakes the baby up instead of monitoring him/her. Other than that it works as advertised.

    Lifesaver

    We bought this to help us keep safe an elderly parent with dementia, as we can't sit with them 24/7. Within the first hour it had paid for itself as he tried to get out of bed. It was the audio facility that caught our attention to the screen.... we are so pleased with this superb piece of technology. The signal is great; we live in a large cottage with very thick walls. The monitor works through 3 walls and down on a lower level. Highly recommended - it pays to buy quality rather than cheap!
