Due to short stock in the UK the glasses were sent from another part of the world. Family visited and we could not enjoy a 3D film together. 15 days later I could see the package was being held by customs Germany. I contacted the seller, they very kindly decided to send a refund. Excellent customer service. Can't fault their communication.

    Die Lieferung ist mittlerweile eingegangen. Die Verspätung erfolgte auf Grund von Problemen bei der Spedition, die mir der Verkäufer erläutert hat und er hat sich sehr bemüht die Lieferung zu beschleunigen! Die Ware ist in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir angekommen und die Leinwand ist wirklich super. Es kann immer etwas schief gehen aber der Einsatz des Verkäufers ist sehr positiv zu bewerten.
