Didn’t ask for a refund or anything. Just messaged to express my concerns and let them know a little bit of packing material could have saved the truck from any damage. Never heard back from them. Nothing. Needless to say I will not buy from them again and I do not recommend them. As a seller myself I understand that sometimes an unhappy buyer just wants to hear “I’m sorry”. Do better man.
