Seller initially offered a $20 refund and suggested I JB weld the muffler. I was charged $41 shipping. Buyer asked for $40 refund and he'd weld it, I told him JB Weld is cheap so offered $20, then $30 then $40 refunds, he refused each and said he'd like to return it which I was happy to do. Ebay determines the shipping prices on listing, I just enter the size and weight of the item, sometimes it is less, sometimes more than what the USPS charges me at the counter.
